OUR SERVICES

Happy Hearts Staffing And In -Home Care provides services which are non-medical in nature. We assist clients with activities of daily living, keeping them in their own homes. Each Caregiver has varying level of experience and may express an opinion in the course of their service. However, healthcare directives and medical issues should be consulted with and addressed to your doctor(s).


The following is a list of non-medical services that our Caregivers may routinely perform. However, this list is not exclusive of other reasonable requests. Always check with the Care Coordinator if you are unsure about whether we can perform a service.

PERSONAL CARE

  • Monitor bathing for safety

  • Bathing Assistance

  • Personal Hygiene

  • Grooming

  • Continence Care

INITIAL CALL AND MEETING

Happy Hearts Staffing And In -Home Care will schedule a free consultation to begin the process. We will learn your loved one’s needs, living conditions, and personal preferences. Questions will be asked to form a basic needs assessment.

THE CUSTOM CARE PLAN

After the initial meeting, Happy Hearts Staffing And In-Home Care will develop a Custom Care Plan which is tailored to your loved one’s specific needs. This way, we will provide support exactly where it is needed.

CAREGIVER MATCHING

We know how crucial the relationship between caregiver and client can be. Happy Hearts Staffing And In-Home Care will then search for the most appropriate caregiver to implement the care.
